Volvo 850 and x70 series vehicles have intermittent windshield wipers, but the delay is not adjustable. If you own one of these vehicles you know that the stock intermittent delay always seems to be too short or too long for the weather conditions. Well, now you can have the same adjustability Volvo offers on all current models with a Programmable Intermittent Wiper Relay from QBM.

The QBM Programmable Intermittent Wiper Relay is a 100% plug and play direct substitute for the stock 850/x70 wiper relay, but with the added benefit of being programmable.

Installation takes 5 minutes - just remove the stock wiper relay and insert the new relay in its place. And programming it is even easier! Simply lift the wiper lever into the intermittent position and then back to the OFF position. The relay counts the time until you move the lever back into the intermittent position. The time elapsed becomes your new intermittent interval. The intermittent interval can be programmed from 1.5 to 22 seconds (stock is 6 seconds).
